We recently installed a Mitsubishi, ceiling-mounted, casette air conditioning unit to a property in Loughton. The client had installed a home cinema in his well-insulated loft and it was too hot in there.
We had no access into the eaves to run the pipework, so we had to cut an access panel ourselves to then keep the pipework hidden.
Externally, the pipes were hidden within a newly installed cast iron downpipe.
